After the whole mess with Mozilla Firebird and the Firebird database project, I would have thought it would be pretty well established that it's a bad idea to make two products that do the same thing have the same name.

To wit: Bookie on the MacOS is not the same as the Bookie that I wrote.

It doesn't take much work to figure out who was first with this one. Evidently, the people at Freshly Squeezed Software need to learn how to use Google, or they were just too damn lazy to come up with their own name.
